Ronald Chapman, principal of Magnetic North LLC, has been an inspirational and motivational speaker and organization development consultant and coach since 1995. His expertise in transformational approaches, personal and professional development, strategic planning and facilitation has assisted numerous clients including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, HealthSouth Corporation and the American Cancer Society. His passion is the realization of human and organizational potential.

When not engaged in professional endeavors, he is a voracious reader and writer, an avid hiker and golfer, a volunteer mentor, and serves on several community boards. Many spare moments are also filled with his daughters, Natalie and Brianne.
